Concierge care combines internal medicine and cardiology in one membership, giving you same-day access, extended visits, and a physician-led team that coordinates every part of your care. It works alongside your existing insurance rather than replacing it.

Membership: Choose from four tiers based on your health needs, from internal medicine access to full cardiology concierge management with Dr. Nadig as your named physician.

Coverage: Your membership works alongside your existing insurance. Covered services like office visits, EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and labs continue to bill through insurance as usual.

Location: The practice's concierge program will be based in the West Creek/Innsbrook corridor, serving western Henrico and the greater Richmond area.
Foundation — $195/mo: Internal medicine access with same-day visits and care coordination
Cardiometabolic Core — $425/mo: Internal medicine plus proactive cardiology screening and risk management
Cardiology Concierge — $795/mo: Dr. Nadig as your named cardiologist, with extended visits and priority access
Executive / Complex Cardiac — $1,650/mo: Full executive health management and complex cardiac care, with direct physician access

Yes. Your membership fee covers what insurance doesn't, like extended time and 24/7 access. Covered services such as office visits, EKGs, echocardiograms, and labs continue to bill through your insurance as usual.
Most patients start with Foundation or Cardiometabolic Core. If you have known cardiac disease or want Dr. Nadig as your named cardiologist, Cardiology Concierge or Executive is a better fit. We're happy to help you choose during a consultation.
